Stamped Concrete
We recommend that stamped concrete be sealed once every 1 to 2 years. It is important to have your concrete sealed on this schedule, especially in the early life of the concrete to establish a protective base. Not only does sealing prevent salt and contaminants from entering the pours of the concrete, but it also maintains an attractive finish. If you desire a glossier appearance, then you may wish to have your concrete sealed more often.
Basic Concrete
We recommend that basic concrete be sealed in areas that often come into contact with contaminants such as salt and oils or areas that see heavy traffic. Driveways, walkways, and garage floors are areas that often require sealant.
